Welcome to St Anthony Hospital.  We are pleased to have the opportunity to participate in your professional development. Prior to your placement as a clinical student at St Anthony, please review the following documents:

• Meditech Instructions for Student Nurses

Your meditech training will need to be complete prior to the first day of your clinical rotation.

Please print and complete these two forms on the first day of your clinical rotation and return them to Dr. Darcy Copeland, RN, PhD on the 4^th floor of the hospital, room 4121.
