We are are located in a brand new outpatient therapy facility, conveniently located across Union Blvd. from the St. Anthony Medical Campus. Free, convenient parking is available. 

The St. Anthony Hospital Rehabilitation program brings together the most advanced technologies, current knowledge and dedicated experienced professionals to improve the quality of life for our patients. From a comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) to convenient outpatient services, our continuum of care focuses on restoring skills and helping patients return to their normal routines.  

Outpatient Therapy Services

Our outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services are offered in a comprehensive multi-discipline team approach.  Our highly trained and skilled licensed therapists can help individuals recover or improve strength due to illness, injury or disability. Inpatient Rehablitiation Program

The multidisciplinary inpatient acute rehabilition program brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and audiologists help patients recovering from serious illness or injure such as stroke or brain trauma achieve his or her highest level of function. Should concerns arise, an on-site medical director specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation is available for guidance and consultation.
