H.E.L.P. (Health Enrichment for Life Program) for CHF & Diabetes
St. Anthony Hospital offers H.E.L.P. (Health Enrichment For Life) programs for those with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) or Diabetes.
- H.E.L.P. for Diabetes
Whether you have a new diagnosis of Diabetes or have had it for a long time and need an update these classes are for you. The Diabetes Educators can assist you with healthy ways and flexible approaches to help you mange your diabetes and eating patterns.
The program is certified through the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and accepts most insurances. A series of group classes are held monthly. Individual classes for nutritional counseling or generalized diabetes information can be arranged from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the first, third & fourth Tuesdays of each month.

The Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) H.E.L.P. Program offered through the Wellness Center is customized to provide you with specific knowledge and skills to help you manage your CHF and make it easier to be active through supervised exercise. Once you complete the HELP program, you can continue a maintenance program with a community membership to the Wellness Center.
