Centura Health's "System of Care" currently consists of 12 hospitals, seven senior living communities, 55 medical clinics, seven surgery centers, nine imaging centers, Flight For Life® Colorado and home care and hospice services. As the largest health care network in Colorado, we are afforded with the unique opportunity to provide coordinated care delivery systems throughout Colorado by utilizing our network and shared resources.

CH2020 operationally aligns our system to evolve from centers of care (individual hospitals) to a complete system of care, looking to each facility and entity in the Centura Health family to share best practices and improve overall efficiency and communication system-wide from birth to home care.
