Napa Valley Glazed Salmon


Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
(Total time will vary with appliance and setting.)
Level of Difficulty: Easy & Healthy

3 TBS Honey
1 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
1 TBS Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Fresh Grated Lemon Rind
1 tsp Ground White Pepper
6, 4 oz. Uncooked Salmon Fillets

Combine honey, thyme, mustard, lemon rind and pepper for glaze. Mix until well-blended.
Arrange salmon fillets in shallow baking pans lined with foil. Using the back of a spoon, spread about 2 1/2 tsp honey mixture to coat top of each fillet.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree F. standard oven for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
Filets can also be grilled.
