Tai Chi
The ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, while accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi helps to reduce stress and help improve relaxation through meditative physical activity. Level II is advanced
Class is free to St. Anthony Hospital associates and volunteers. Community members can purchase a 7-class punch card for $20, or purchase a monthly membership for $20.
