Pre-Diabetes
Does diabetes run in your family? Do you have high blood pressure or elevated cholesterol? Are you at a healthy body weight? This pre-diabetes class will provide education and motivating strategies to optimize lifestyle choices of healthy nutrition and physical activity. The goal is to help you succeed in preventing Type 2 diabetes and avoid complications.
This class costs $10. You can register online below and payment is collected the day of the class.
