Free Balance Assessment
There are steps you can take to improve your balance and reduce your risk of falling. St. Anthony Outpatient Therapy is offering FREE balance assessments on Dec. 4. Plus, along with your personalized assessment, you’ll receive a FREE pedometer. You MUST REGISTER for an open assessment space and arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
Our new facility is conveniently located across Union Blvd. from the St. Anthony Medical Campus. Parking is FREE and access is easy.
