Body Bar
Body Bar uses weighted aerobic bars for body toning and fitness. The Tuesday St. Anthony Wellness Center class meets weekly from 4-5:30 p.m. in the St. Anthony Wellness Center in Medical Plaza 2. 11700 W. 2nd Pl., Ste. 310, Lakewood, CO 80228.
Class is free to St. Anthony Hospital associates and volunteers. Community members can purchase a 7-class punch card for $20, or purchase a monthly membership for $20.
